Bio

Justyn Friday returns for his 6th summer with the Pistol Shrimp, having started with the team in our inaugural 2019 season.  Coach Friday played at Joliet Junior College, where he was captain and on the all region team and still holds stolen base records at two different colleges.   Formerly a coach at Aurora Central Catholic High School, he currently coaches at Oswego East High School.  He is a teacher at Hopewell Academy, a school for special needs youth.  Although he grew up in Marietta, Georgia and considers Massachusetts his home, he currently resides in Joliet, Illinois with his son Justyn Jr, daughter Sydney, and pitbull Zuri.
