Pistol Shrimp Announce 2025 Promotional & Theme Night Schedule

(Peru, IL) - The eagerly awaited release of the 2025 Pistol Shrimp Promotional Schedule is here. Today, the Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp announced a championship promotional and theme night schedule for the 2025 season at Schweickert Stadium.

The Pistol Shrimp will play 27 regular season home games at Schweickert Stadium in 2025 and every game will be thrilling and electric. The initial promotional schedule release features 22 theme nights including many favorites returning along with four brand-new promotions.

The fun starts on Friday, May 30th with Opening Weekend Part 1 presented by the Law Offices of Peter F. Ferracuti, directly followed by Opening Weekend Part 2 on Saturday, May 31st.

June features ten theme nights including the 2024 Championship Celebration and Banner Unveiling on Thursday, June 5th, First Responder Appreciation Night presented by Schweickert Ganassin Krzak Rundio, LLP on Tuesday, June 17th, and Bark in the Park presented by Carus on Friday, June 20th.

July is highlighted by ten more theme nights including Sensory Friendly Night on Wednesday, July 2nd, Beer Night on Thursday, July 10th, and Paint the Park Pink on Friday, July 25th.

The 2025 Promo Schedule also includes two postgame concerts. Each game featuring a postgame concert will begin at 4:05 p.m. on a Saturday and will be immediately followed by the concert slated for 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Brushville will perform postgame presented by Tony's Butt Shack on Saturday, June 21 at Country Night presented by 96.5 the WOLF, and 303 will perform postgame on Saturday, July 12 at Rock the Park presented by 99.3 WAJK and 103.9 WLPO.

The Pistol Shrimp open the 2025 Prospect League season on the road facing the Clinton LumberKings on Tuesday, May 27th before debuting at home on Friday, May 30th against the Normal CornBelters.
