Pistol Shrimp Introduce James Hardie Party Zone for Group Outings at Schweickert Stadium

(Peru, IL) - The Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp and James Hardie in Peru have teamed up to create a new elevated group outing experience at Schweickert Stadium.

The NEW James Hardie Party Zone will be located just inside the left field front entrance facing the visiting bullpen. The 3000 sq ft of total space includes 800 sq ft of elevated deck with multiple canopies, specialty ground-level bleacher seating just below the elevated deck, field-level picnic tables, and on-site catering for groups to enjoy!

The 2025 Pistol Shrimp season at Schweickert Stadium opens on Friday, May 30th against the Normal CornBelters and includes 27 scheduled regular season home games through June and July!
