Noah Schultz appeared in six games for the Pistol Shrimp during the 2022 season, striking out 37 batters with a 0.93 ERA. 

Schultz was drafted 26th overall by the Chicago White Sox in the 1st round of the 2022 MLB Draft, becoming the first Pistol Shrimp 1st-round pick.

He appeared in 10 games with the Single-A Kannapolis Cannon Ballers during the 2023 minor league season, throwing 27 innings with 38 strikeouts and a 1.33 ERA.

Schultz was assigned to the High-A Winston-Salem Dash to start the 2024 season.
