Danny Wuestenfeld appeared in 30 games with the Pistol Shrimp during the 2021 season, batting .256 with 21 hits, 5 doubles, 4 home runs, 17 walks, 15 runs scored, and 15 runs batted in. 

At Central Michigan University, Wuestenfeld was a three-year starter playing in 187 games across his career and finishing with 40 doubles and 142 RBI, both ranking 10th in Chippewas program history.

Wuestenfeld signed his first professional contract, with the Frontier League's Joliet Slammers, prior to the start of the 2025 season.
